Take your time with reading and understanding the questions and answers - they have been deliberately made "tricky" to reflect the "flavor" of the actual ServSafe exam.

After reviewing all of the chapters, and taking the chapter quizes, test yourself on the Sample ServSafe Final Exam.
You make take the Sample ServSafe Final exam as often as you feel it is necessary.

Please note that ServSafe actually puts out several different certification exams - all covering the same aspects of food safety - but with different questions.  So it is critical to know and understand all of the material related to food safety.
